Each step is a 30-day guided journal designed to help you slow down, reflect, and grow with purpose.
Phase 1 begins with the most important foundation of all: Awareness.
Before anything in our lives can truly change, we must first learn to see clearly.
This journal gently guides you to notice your patterns, understand your responses, and begin releasing the cycles that keep repeating.

Each day of Step 1 - Awareness Journal is designed to create a quiet moment of reflection in the middle of everyday life.
In just a few minutes a day, you will begin noticing patterns, processing your thoughts more intentionally, and inviting God into the areas of your life that may need clarity or release.
The structure is simple, thoughtful, and easy to follow.
Each day includes:

• A short reflection to guide your thoughts
• Gentle awareness questions for deeper insight
